- 1 (16 oz.) bag of cabbage slaw
- 3+ sliced green onions
Topping:
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 C. sunflower seeds (w/ no shells)
- 1-1/4 C. slivered almonds
- 1 package Ramen noodles, crushed (discard the flavoring packet)
Dressing:
- 1/4 C. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. oil
Topping: Sauté all ingredients in butter until golden.
Dressing: Beat ingredients together until well mixed (sugar dissolved as much as possible) and chill until ready to serve salad.
Salad: Combine cabbage and onions. Add topping mixture and dressing just before serving.
