Maggie's Bundt Cake

This is a recipe that my mom has had forever. :) None of us even know who "Maggie" is, but her cake sure is awesome! :) And... it's easy to make.

  • 1 box of Chocolate cake mix (Spartan brand is the best!)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 C. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 C. Warm water
  • 1 – 4 oz. box Chocolate INSTANT pudding
  • 1 C. Sour cream

Beat together well.

Add 12 oz. chocolate chips and 3/4 C. chopped nuts (optional).

Pour batter into greased & floured Bundt pan.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, and then carefully turn out onto cooling rack.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
