Corned Beef Casserole
- 1 - 16 oz. pkg. macaroni
- 1 - 12 oz. corned beef, cubed
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 C. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 C. butter crumbs or potato chips
- 1 can corn (drained), optional
Combine remaining ingredients (except the crumbs or chips) and then alternate with layers of macaroni in a 2 qt. greased baking dish. Top with the crumbs or chips.
Bake, uncovered, for one hour at 350°.
